OVERVIEW

Perched atop of a height of 5200 feet atop the Trikuta Hills of the Shivalik Mountain range, Vaishno Devi Temple is the holy abode of Goddess Shakti.

It is also revered as one of the popular Shaktipeethas of Goddess Durga. Helloindia Travels offers Maa Vaishno Devi Package by Helicopter for all devotees who wish to visit the much-admired Hindu temple. The duration of the package is 2 nights and 3 days. 

TOUR ITINERARY:

Day 01: Jammu - (Arrival)

Arrival at Jammu Airport / Railway Station, our local representative will meet and assists you later drive to Katra. On Arrival Check-in at Hotel. Take Resort for Some time.  

After relaxing for a while, move out of your hotel room and board a chopper that will drop you at the Sanjichhat. From Sanjichhat, you are required to follow a short trek to the entrance of the temple. Here you need to show their return boarding pass for an early Darshan at the shrine.

The famous Cave Temple at Vaishno Devi Shrine enshrines three pindis which symbolizes three forms of Goddess Shakti-Goddess Saraswati, Goddess Lakshmi and Goddess Kali. You can also buy the Prasad from the Vaishno Devi Shrine shop. Later, return to Sanjichhat for boarding a chopper to return back to Katra. Overnight Stay at Hotel.

Day 02: Katra

After Breakfast full Day exploration of the town of Katra. Here you can visit the area around Katra or indulge in shopping of dry fruits, Red Kidney Beans (Rajma), Kashmiri spices and other handicrafts. Evening drive Back to Katra. Overnight Stay at Hotel. 

Day 03: Katra - Jammu (Departure)

After Breakfast on time departure Transfer to Jammu Airport/railway station to board flight/train for onwards destination.

End of Tour.
